4-SPEED DAVID BROWN
The 4 speed David Brown gearbox was fitted to the DB4, DB4GT and some early DB5 models. Our in-house rebuild service includes vapour blasting of all aluminium casings, super finishing of the gear set and replacement of all seals, gaskets, bearings and synchro rings. We can also add overdrive if required.
5-SPEED ZF
The early 5 speed ZF gearbox (black case) was fitted to the DB5, DB6 & DBS 6-cylinder, whilst the later box (silver case) was fitted to some of the very last DBS 6-cylinder models and continued with the V8 models up to 1989. Our in-house rebuild service includes vapour blasting of all aluminium casings, stove enamelling of steel casing (earlier gearbox), super finishing of the gear set and replacement of all seals, gaskets, bearings and synchro rings.

DB4, DB5 & DB6 AXLES
A live rear axle was fitted to all DB4, DB5 & DB6 models. Our in-house rebuild service includes stove enamelling of the axle casing and replacement of all seals, gaskets and bearings. A final drive ratio change is optional and we can advise accordingly.
DBS & V8 DIFFERENTIAL
A De-Dion axle was fitted to all DBS & V8 models up to 1989. As above we can fully rebuild these hypoid units. A final drive ratio change is also optional and we can advise accordingly.
