Transmission rebuilds

At Aston Engineering, we provide in-house facilities for axle and gearbox rebuilds for all six-cylinder and V8 models. From straightforward rebuilds and ratio changes, to limited slip installations and full race conversions, all of our axles are rebuilt on site.

From DB4 David Brown four-speed gearboxes to the ZF five-speed gearboxes in DB5 and DB6s, our team can rebuild them all. We can also offer DB4 customers overdrive conversions, as well as cater for the ZF five-speed V8 gearbox and V8 Hypoid rebuilds and ratio conversions.

Our services also extend to auto to manual conversions for both six-cylinder and V8 models, while we are usually able to provide many sought-after manual gearboxes from our own stock.
